  One ATM had a broken card input slot. The other ate my check when I asked it to return it. This was 15min before the bank opened and despite knocking twice, they never bothered to help. The call center settled the matter, but not before a sketchy guy sat down on a railing next to the ATM yelling 'this guy got da money'

  No way I just read a review and was about to say something nasty about this branch but someone beat me to it. I’m at M&T bank as I write this review because of the disrespect I’ve received at this bank. I came in to open a small business account and due to so much disrespect I left. If your going to disrespect me before I even open an account the. That shows me how you will treat me as a client. Hello M&T
